Customer Support Associate, DSC
DSC Clinic (31 Kelantan Lane) is our outpatient clinic for the diagnosis, treatment and control of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure incoming calls are attended to in a timely and professional manner.
- Attend to callers' enquiries and provide clarifications.
- Provide relevant service information to callers.
- Booking of appointment via phone calls, emails, referrals.
Job Requirements
- GCE 'N' Level and above
- At least 1 year of direct frontline customers' service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
