DSC Clinic (31 Kelantan Lane) is our outpatient clinic for the diagnosis, treatment and control of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) in Singapore.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure incoming calls are attended to in a timely and professional manner.
  • Attend to callers' enquiries and provide clarifications.
  • Provide relevant service information to callers.
  • Booking of appointment via phone calls, emails, referrals.

 

Job Requirements

  • GCE 'N' Level and above
  • At least 1 year of direct frontline customers' service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
