Patient Service Associate (5 months Temp) - Emergency Department

Patient Service Associate in the Emergency Department, work at the frontline of patient service and administration, ensuring patients and visitors are assisted professionally, that registrations and billing are accurately processed, and that overall patient flow and department operations run smoothly in a high-stress healthcare environment.  

1. Register and verify patient information accurately for ED attendances.
2. Create and update patient records in hospital information systems.
3. Manage admission, transfer, and discharge administrative processes.
4. Co-ordinate and collaborate with Emergency Department Operation Team, Clinicians, Nursing and other departments such as SOC to ensure smooth daily clinic operations and achieve excellent patient experience.
