Patient Service Associate, DSC

DSC Clinic (31 Kelantan Lane), our outpatient clinic for the diagnosis, treatment and control of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) in Singapore.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assists to oversee the smooth and efficient running of the clinic counter
• Perform STI screening
• Attends to patients' enquiries, provide directions and assist with clarifications
• Assists in registration, billing and appointments booking of patients
• Assist with doctors' requests
• Provide patient education to patients and caregivers
• Perform infection prevention practices on work areas, equipment, staff and patients
• Perform clinical tasks (eg. monitoring of vital signs, financial counselling)
• Performs any other duties as assigned by the Clinic Executive or Manager

Job Requirements

• GCE 'N' Level and above
• At least 1 year of direct frontline customers' service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
