DSC Clinic (31 Kelantan Lane) is our outpatient clinic for the diagnosis, treatment and control of STI in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities
- Assists to oversee the smooth and efficient running of the clinic counter
- Attends to patients' enquiries, provide directions and assist with clarifications
- Assists in registration, billing and appointment bookings of patients
- Assist with doctors' requests
- Assists patient with Medisave application
Job Requirements
- GCE 'N' Level and above
- At least 1 year of direct frontline customers' service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
