Part-time Research assistant - 6 month temp

This position is for a part-time (3 days a week), temporary (6 month) research assistant to support the following activities:

1. Conduct literature reviews, identify and screen relevant articles
2. Assist in developing data collection instruments (eg surveys)
3. Assist in data collection, analysis
4. Prepare research reports, summaries and manuscripts

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in relevant field (eg communications, psychology, education)
2. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Proficiency in data analysis software (eg SPSS, R)
5. Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methodology and data collection techniques (eg conducting systematic reviews, conducting surveys and interviews)
6. Able to work independently and as part of a team
7. Experience with health professions education research is a plus
