Job Description:

You will perform appropriate assessments to set rehabilitation goals and plan intervention programmes, as well as conduct individual and group-based interventions to improve functional ability. You will also produce functional reports for discharge planning and work with a multidisciplinary team and multi-agencies to ensure continuity of care and community integration.

  • Competent in multi-agency collaboration
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good organisational and teamwork skills
  • Able to work well independently

Educational and Professional Requirements

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy which is registrable with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore.
  • Competent in using different therapeutic modalities in mental health group work – relevant work experience in mental health will be an advantage.
  • Passionate to work with persons with mental health conditions.
