Occupational Therapist
Challenges
You will perform appropriate assessments to set rehabilitation goals and plan intervention programmes, as well as conduct individual and group-based interventions to improve functional ability. You will also produce functional reports for discharge planning and work with a multidisciplinary team and multi-agencies to ensure continuity of care and community integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy which is registrable with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore
- For the Principal Occupational Therapist position, preferably with 12 years of clinical experience and 5 years of supervisory experience
- Competent in using different therapeutic modalities in mental health group work – relevant work experience in mental health will be an advantage
- Competent in multi-agency collaboration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organisational and teamwork skills
- Able to work well independently
