Job Description

Reporting to the Assistant Director/ Senior Nurse Clinician, you will drive the strategic planning and comprehensive oversight of nursing operations, workforce management and clinical excellence standards across your specialised service portfolio.

You will elevate clinical standards and transform care delivery processes to achieve patient outcomes. You will mentor the nursing teams under your care toward exceptional practical standards and measurable care improvements through comprehensive clinical audits and performance reviews. You will also architect and deploy innovative training programes while cultivating a thriving culture of continuous growth across your service portfolio.

Requirements:

Current registration with Singapore Nursing Board with valid practicing certificate
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in clinical leadership
Possess a recognised Bachelor Degree in Nursing and any relevant specialty qualification.
Demonstrated leadership and management expertise in healthcare settings
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a positive attitude and unwavering commitment to service excellence
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
