Nurse Clinician I

You will be responsible in driving the strategic direction of the clinical practice across the campus. You will develop clinical standards and streamline clinical and care delivery processes. You will be involved in monitoring the clinical performance of the nurses, evaluate clinical standard performance through audit and monitoring of clinical outcome.  You will also implement training or other improvement plan as when necessary and lead continuous clinical improvement for the campus

Requirements:

• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
• At least 2 years of experience in relevant capacity
• Possess Post basic certificate / Advance Diploma in nursing and/or a recognised  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Possess leadership and management skills
• Candidates with relevant education level / relevant years of working experience will be considered for Nurse Manager / Nurse Educator role.
