The Healthcare Management Associate Programme (HMAP) is a 2-year programme aimed at grooming graduates with outstanding leadership qualities for a challenging and fulfilling career in the National Healthcare Group.

The programme is managed by the Management Development Office (MDO) of the Centre for Healthcare Innovation (CHI) in conjunction with National Healthcare Group Headquarters (NHG HQ), Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH), Woodlands Health (WH), Yishun Health (YH), Institute of Mental Health (IMH), National Skin Centre (NSC), National Healthcare Group Polyclinics (NHGP) and Population Health Campus (PHC).
Management Associates can look forward to a structured and enriching modular programme with valuable exposure to the healthcare landscape through department rotations, different learning platforms, coaching and engagement opportunities with institute leaders. You can also expect to be involved in challenging assignments within and across institutes as well as in-depth exposure to different functions within healthcare institutions.

Management Associates will be rotated to three different functional groups:

Patient Operations
Support Operations and Services
Corporate and Strategic Planning

The Requirements

Good honours degree in ANY discipline
Excellent extra-curricular record
Fresh graduates or those with fewer than 2 years of working experience
Desire to build a career in healthcare
