NHG Health Healthcare Management Associate Programme (HMAP) 2026

The Healthcare Management Associate Programme (HMAP) is a 2-year programme aimed at grooming graduates with outstanding leadership qualities for a challenging and fulfilling career in the National Healthcare Group Health (NHG Health).

The programme is managed by the Group Management Development Office (GMDO) of NHG Health, in conjunction with Group Office (NHG Health), Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH), Centre for Healthcare Innovation, (CHI), Woodlands Health (WH), Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) and Yishun Community Hospital (YCH), Institute of Mental Health (IMH), National Skin Centre (NSC), National Healthcare Group Polyclinics (NHGP) and Population Health (PH). Management Associates can look forward to a structured and enriching modular programme with valuable exposure to the healthcare landscape through department rotations, different learning platforms, coaching and engagement opportunities with institute leaders. You can also expect to be involved in challenging assignments within and across institutes as well as in-depth exposure to different functions within healthcare institutions.

 
Management Associates will be rotated to three different functional groups:

  • Patient Operations
  • Support Operations and Services
  • Corporate and Strategic Planning

 

The Requirements

  • Good honours degree from ANY discipline
  • Excellent CCA/extra-curricular record
  • Fresh graduates, and graduates with less than 2 years of working experience
  • A desire to build a career in healthcare
  • Humble disposition with strong desire for continuous learning 
  • Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
