Manager

The incumbent will support the Population Health Management (PHM) leadership in translating complex population health intelligence and research into compelling, accessible communications. Through expert visual storytelling and strategic content development, the post holder will help raise awareness of population health initiatives and enhance NHG's reputation as a regional health manager, ensuring that data-driven insights reach and engage diverse stakeholder audiences effectively.

The post holder will support the team in the following areas:

Population Health Intelligence

1. Population Profiling: Create detailed population health profiles and presentations spanning diverse geographical boundaries within NHG Health. Curate actionable population insights to support decision-making across population health teams.

2. Population Segmentation: Convert complex segmentation analytics into compelling visual narratives that facilitate stakeholder comprehension of population dynamics and guide evidence-based intervention planning.

Population Health Research and Evaluation

1. Research/Eval Posters and Presentations: Create clear, engaging presentation slides and conference posters that translate complex research findings and programme evaluation results into accessible visual formats. Support the research agenda by developing impactful visual materials that help stakeholders quickly grasp key insights and evidence-based recommendations.
