About the Role 

We are seeking a self-driven talent acquisition professional to manage HR processes independently whilst delivering exceptional service to healthcare stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities 

Recruitment 

  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes for healthcare positions, including onboarding 

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and healthcare administrators 

  • Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) 

Sponsorship & Partnerships 

  • Identify and manage sponsorship opportunities with educational institutions and professional bodies 

  • Cultivate relationships with academic partners to create sustainable talent pipelines 

Outreach & Employer Branding 

  • Organise job fairs, campus events, and professional networking sessions 

  • Collaborate on recruitment campaigns to strengthen our employer brand 

 Data Analytics 

  • Consolidate various of data to generate TA analytics and reporting 

 Stakeholder Management 

  • Partner with healthcare leadership and hiring managers on workforce planning needs 

  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and external agencies as required 

Requirements 

Competencies 

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of assigned processes 

  • Strong communication skills with ability to interact professionally with healthcare professionals at all levels, regulatory bodies, and external agencies 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities 

Educational and Professional Requirements 

Assistant Manager: 

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 

  • 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with exposure to HR analytics and campus outreach 

  • Proficiency in HR systems (SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office applications 

Manager: 

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 

  • 5–8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in healthcare recruitment 

  • Advanced proficiency in HR systems (SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office applications
