Responsibilities:

Pharmacy Practice unit

  • Provide operational support to the pharmacy practice unit
  • Provide project management support and co-lead in the setting up of new pharmacies in development projects and in renovation projects whenever required.
  • Initiate and facilitate ground process improvements and co-lead in inpatient and outpatient pharmacy transformation whenever required.
  • Aid in system enhancement projects through workflow analysis and development of justification papers.
  • Function as a change agent and lead in the rollout of new initiatives such as medication delivery as a default option of medication fulfilment through project management, workflow development, infrastructural re-design, internal and external stakeholder management and monitoring of KPIs.
  • Provide strategic and operational support for medicine delivery matters including contractual, management of outsourced services, and performance indicators.

Pharmacy Clinical Services

  • Provide operational support to the pharmacy clinical services
  • Work with pharmacy and other operations departments for new clinical services department, financial analysis and monitoring of indicators.
  • Provide support for the scale and spread of pharmacy telehealth services, monitoring of take-up rate and other indicator.

Horizontal Functions for the Division of Pharmacy

  • Provide an overview of manpower in Division of Pharmacy and work with the manpower leads in the manpower rationalization and justification for pharmacy division whenever required
  • Provide an overview of innovation projects in Division of Pharmacy and co-lead innovation projects whenever required
  • Provide operational support to the pharmacy horizontal functions on quality, education, manpower, research and innovation

Community Outreach

  • Assist to strategise on pharmacy’s community outreach plans
  • Co-lead in pharmacy’s community outreach efforts through working with the Division of Central Health and our community partners. To be the single point of contact for liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist the Division in planning for community outreach programmes and monitor the outcomes of such programmes
