Manager
The Manager will assist the Director, Community Care Operations in leading and overseeing operational activities and services under the Divison. To partner clinical leads to effect patient-/ resident-centric initiatives. To assist the Management in driving and implementing strategic plans, undertake key development projects and formulate business proposals for cost-effective and sustainable care models. To guide ground teams in planning, developing, and managing resources within the Community Health, Community Care Operations and clinical departments to execute initiatives that are aligned to the division and department’s objectives.
Requirements:
- General degree, preferably in health and social sciences or business.
- At least 8 to 10 years of relevant working experience preferred with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Preferably experienced in healthcare management, especially in the domain of healthcare operations.
- Familiarity with the concepts of budgeting, operations and administration of acute/ intermediate and long-term healthcare sector is advantageous.
