Manager, Finance Transformation & RPA

NHG is seeking a Finance Transformation & RPA Manager to drive process automation, digital transformation, and operational excellence within the finance function. This role will lead initiatives to enhance efficiency through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other digital solutions, working closely with finance teams, IT, and key stakeholders to embed a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Job Purpose

To assist the Director, Group Finance in the following:

Finance Transformation & Process Optimization

1. Lead finance transformation initiatives by identifying and implementing process improvements and automation opportunities.

2. Work with RPA Champions to assess current finance operations and propose innovative digital solutions to enhance productivity and accuracy.

3. Work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and eliminate inefficiencies.

RPA and Digital Automation

4. Design, build, and deploy scalable and high-performing RPA solutions for complex, multi-system processes across cluster.

5. Develop automation workflows that seamlessly integrate with various enterprise systems, ensuring efficiency and compliance across clusters.

6. Work closely with the COE Automation Team, DTA Champions, and Citizen Developers to provide guidance on complex projects and mentor junior developers.

7. Serve as the go-to expert for handling advanced automation challenges for Finance projects across cluster

8. Partner with the Center of Excellence (COE) Automation Team and IT to optimize bot performance, and resolving technical issues.

1. Adhere to RPA development standards, security protocols, and best practices set by the COE Automation Team to ensure consistency and sustainability.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

10. Stay updated on automation trends, communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive adoption and sustain RPA initiatives

11. Collaborate with finance leaders, IT, and business units to align transformation initiatives with organizational goals.

12. Drive change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies.

13. Conduct workshops and training sessions to upskill finance teams on automation and digital tools.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

14. Track and measure the impact of digital transformation initiatives, including productivity savings and operational efficiencies.

• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on key transformation projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. A recognized degree, preferably in Finance, Business or equivalent. Additional qualifications in Public Health would be an advantage.
2. At least 5+ years of relevant finance transformation, automation, or process improvement roles.
3. Strong understanding of finance processes, controls, and reporting requirements.
4. Hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
5. Familiarity with ERP systems, data analytics tools, and digital finance solutions.
6. Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
7. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Highly motivated, able to work independently and drive a digital mindset within the finance community.
