JOB PURPOSE
The candidate will be part of Group HRIS team and responsible for the
implementation, maintenance, and overall effectiveness of NHG HRIS/ HR
related systems. He/she will play a key role in guiding the HRIS team on
complex support issues and responsible for minor system configuration.
He/She will play a key role in working collaboratively across all NHG
institutions and use HRIS as the technology enabler to achieve NHG
workforce objectives.
HRIS Support
● Provide guidance and support
on day-to-day activities of
maintaining NHG
SuccessFactors
●Lead the central data upload
team within Group HRIS
●Responsible for minor system
configuration changes and
finetuning
●Collaborate with stakeholders to
gather business requirements
and perform regular
assessments to refine the
system design
●Work closely with Synapxe and
Systems Integrator (SI) to plan,
design and execute change
process within HRIS
●Take an active role in identifying
risks and managing support
issues including escalation and
resolution
Ad-Hoc HR Projects
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education/Training/Experience
- A recognized degree with 5 or more years of relevant work experience in a similar role
- Experience with SuccessFactors as a system implementer is a must
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical resourceful, result-focused, innovative and meticulous
