Manager, Operation Admin (Business Development)

The Assistant Manager / Manager will be responsible to support Clinical Departments in KTPH to develop and improve the provision of KTPH, to meet the needs of residents in National Healthcare Group region and Singapore. This is done by employing a strategic, data-driven approach to identify growth opportunities in non-subsidized care, strengthen partnerships, and create unique value propositions.

 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

(A) SPECIFIC

1. Assist in the development and implementation of non-subsidised services and business strategies in KTPH.

2. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partnerships within the healthcare industry.

3. Develop and implement marketing materials and collaterals, communication strategies and engagement of partners to increase non-subsidised patients.

4.Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration.

5. Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure alignment of business development efforts with service delivery.

6. Monitor industry regulations and changes to identify potential impacts on business strategies.

7. Participate in healthcare conferences, networking events, and community outreach to promote services and establish connections.

8. Assist in tracking and reporting on business development performance metrics and outcomes.

9. Provide secretariat support for business development related committees.

 

(B) OTHERS

1. Be a leader in embracing change.

2. Align the hospital's goals with the business goals and strategy of NHG.

3. Support all corporate activities.

4. Perform any other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

(A) EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimally a Bachelor Degree.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in health-care related areas.

Experience in marketing and business strategy will be advantageous.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A team player who can collaborate well and work efficiently under tight deadlines

in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and able to manage projects independently.

  • Able to lead a team well and build strong working relationships with diverse group

of stakeholders at all levels.

  • Able to influence and negotiate with others.
  • Self-motivated and driven, enthusiatics about learning on the job and willing to go

the extra mile to see things through.

  • Methodical and precise, with strong skills in project management, time management, and numerical proficiency.

 

(B) SPECIALISED TRAINING

  • Knowledge of computer software.
  • Knowledge of statistics will be advantageous.
