Manager, Group Data & Strategy Office
JOB PURPOSE
- Support the Group Data and Strategy Office (GDSO) in the development and implementation of technology governance and processes.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To oversee the Group Data and Strategy office admin operations support reporting to the Director of Group Data and Strategy Office.
- Maintain and ensure the proper documentation and filing of meeting minutes, materials and proceedings.
- Supports the Group Data Strategy Officer and Director
- Maintaining and ensuring the governance and processes are in align with MOH and NHG policies
- In coordinating and compiling information required for onward submissions to other divisions internally and externally
- Act as the Group Data and Strategy Office point of contact for HR Admin and wellness, Facilities, IT Logistics, Office Admin related matters ie relocations, renovations etc
- In the planning, approvals and executions of department activities ie Workplan sessions, Group conferences and study trips, team building activities etc
- As secretariat of Group Data and Strategy Office committees and meetings as assigned
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by RO.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
(a) Education/Training/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree Business, Arts - Communications or Social Sciences
- Minimum 8 years of working experience, preferably with organization of >100 employees
- Experience in the healthcare industry will be an advantage
- PMETs with good honours degree and relevant working experience will be considered too.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Productivity suite tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Teams and data visualisation tool (i.e. Power BI) is required.
