Manager, Financial Counselling

Job Description

You will support the department to oversee strategy and operations of all units within Financial Counselling department. This includes guiding and governing the planning, implementation, and sustenance of ground process in support of MOH’s policies and the hospital’s priorities.

You will develop and review all work instructions/ SOPs and ensuring the compliance.

You will also oversee and guide the Executives, Supervisors and Patient Service Associates within the department to align job meaning and inspire peak performances.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Operations/Service Management or related discipline
• Minimum 4-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Working experience in healthcare services or IT project implementation will be an added advantage
• Experience in leading a team with good leadership and management skills
• Track record in change management
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Able to think strategically and multi-task
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
