Manager, Development Fund
As a Fundraising and Marcoms Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Department and the Assistant Director (Fundraising) to conceptualise, develop and implement effective marketing and fundraising strategies that enhance the visibility of TTSH Community Fund and grow philanthropic support.
You will lead and collaborate with the fundraising team to plan and execute impactful fundraising campaigns and events, engage donors and partners meaningfully and contribute towards achieving annual fundraising targets. In addition, you will oversee development of social media content, marketing collaterals, and donor communications to ensure sustained and purposeful engagement with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an integrated fundraising strategy across online, offline and partnership channels to acquire, retain, and engage new and existing donors.
- Plan, manage and deliver fundraising campaigns and events in alignment with TTSH Community Fund’s goals and objectives.
- Create, curate, and oversee content that supports fundraising objectives, tailoring messages for different target audiences and platforms.
- Manage marketing and communications across all media channels to ensure consistent and compelling messaging
- Oversee the preparation of donor updates, impact reports, and the annual report
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
- At least 4-7 years of relevant experience working in fundraising, marketing, partnerships, or donor engagement; experience in non-profit or healthcare will be an advantage.
- Proven track record in planning and delivering successful fundraising campaigns and events, with measurable outcomes.
- Strong strategic thinking and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiative and stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in developing donor-focused content and marketing communications.
- Hands on experience managing digital platforms, including websites, social media and EDMS; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to built and sustain relationships with donors, partners and internal stakeholders at all levels.
