Manager, Corporate Partnership
Position Overview
The Manager – Insurance and Corporate Accounts role will play a pivotal role in driving TTSH's strategic partnerships and growth initiatives. This position requires a dynamic leader who can build solid relationships and collaborate across multiple stakeholders to support the organisation's long-term growth objectives whilst enhancing the PEARL experience and revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
Drive insurance partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance partners, translating them into initiatives to drive growth of partnership driven admissions
- Stay up to date on insurance partners' strategic plans and initiatives, identifying and securing opportunities drive TTSH's priorities
- Stay up to date on current and new insurance plans, understanding unique value propositions and key information including benefits, exclusions and coverage limits
- Drive, coordinate and implement partnership initiatives including, but not limited to, hospital events, agent sharing and partnership events
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to support resolution of claim denials, disputes, appeals, and coordinate with insurers / clients for clarification
- The Manager would need to Work closely with the Deputy Director of Partnership, Associate Director, and key stakeholders to formulate and execute comprehensive that align with TTSH's long-term growth objectives
Corporate Partnership Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, translating them into initiatives to drive growth of partnership driven admissions
- Drive growth of corporate partnerships in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Develop priorities based on aligned targets, define goals and drive performance of the team
- Identify and leverage partnership synergistic opportunities to drive awareness and growth
General and Other Duties
- Devise appropriate metrics to track and measure effectiveness of initiatives and projects
- Collate data on a monthly basis to track outcomes for management reporting
- Ensure department’s operational procedures and work instructions are reviewed periodically and implement improvements in work processes
- Provide secretariat support for division/department/workgroup meetings including writing meeting minutes, where required, and following up on meeting action points
- Participate in hospital’s emergency planning exercise and render support in hospital emergency or incidents when required
- Assist to carry out any other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in business development, insurance industry, or healthcare management
- Contract negotiation and management experience is required
- Willing to get involved at ground level (e.g. conducting agent sharing, running ground events)
- Proven track record in identifying market opportunities and scaling innovative solutions
- Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Demonstrated ability in data analysis and performance optimisation
- Experience in healthcare service design and patient experience improvement
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Solid communicator, both verbal and written
- Possess good organisational, coordination and project management skills.
