Manager, Corporate Partnership Development
You will support the Deputy Director/ Assistant Director to co-develop and drive the strategies and initiatives for corporate partnership development (“PD”). You will play a key role in growing and fostering partnerships and collaborations with key partners.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the team - provide guidance, define priorities, set goals and drive performance of the team
· Drive outcomes - develop and deliver team targets for CPD initiatives, in collaboration with internal stakeholders
· Relationship building - cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as corporates (B2B) and healthcare providers. When required, this will extend to insurance providers and physician groups as well
· Synergistic opportunities - identify and leverage partnership opportunities to drive awareness and growth for PD
· Partnership optimization - drive improvement of processes and policies to enhance our value offering
· Stakeholder management - partner with internal stakeholders to leverage growth opportunities, while solutioning for challenges to support partners’ service level and requirements (e.g. developing workflows to improve turnaround time)
· Regulation and landscape - acquire understanding of the healthcare eco-system (e.g. pricing, services) and key players, keep abreast of healthcare regulations and ensure compliance
General and Other Duties
· Devise appropriate metrics to track and measure effectiveness of initiatives and projects
· Collate data on a monthly basis to track outcomes for management reporting
· Ensure department’s operational procedures and work instructions are reviewed periodically and implement improvements in work processes
· Provide secretariat support for division/department/workgroup meetings including writing meeting minutes, where required, and following up on meeting action points.
· Participate in hospital’s emergency planning exercise and render support in hospital emergency or incidents when required
· Assist to carry out any other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENT
· Bachelor Degree in any discipline although a related field like healthcare or business management will be an advantage
· At least 5 – 8 years of relevant experience in business development, partnerships, stakeholder engagement, preferably in hospital and healthcare related industries
· Contract management experience is required
· Possess experience leading teams
· Strong business and commercial acumen
