Manager, C&B
The incumbent will lead the annual HR budgeting exercise, performance management cycle and
the compensation & benefits operations and related projects to support NHG HQ & Cares Services goals and strategy, in attracting and retaining a stronger workforce.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the annual HR budgeting exercise. Develop and maintain Group HR manpower budget, considering short-term and long-term staffing needs.
- Collaborate with Grp HR section heads to understand their respective staffing requirements and align budgeting with overall business goals.
- Regular monitoring and reporting of Group HR actual headcount & expenditures against the manpower budget.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure consistent implementation of manpower planning, compensation & performance management annual cycle of activities
- Conduct cost analysis associated with employee benefits and other workforce-related expenses.
- Lead and provide advice on annual performance review and promotion exercises, salary increment and bonus exercise.
- Oversee projects related to compensation and benefits.
- Represent HQ in providing inputs into the NHG C&B committee review meeting.
- Lead the various audits (e.g. MOHH, Payroll, EY)
Experience/Qualifications
- Bachelor in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field
- At least 6 years of experience in C&B and/ or Manpower planning
- Familiar with local employment rules and regulations
- Hands on experience on manpower budgeting exercise
