Clinical Expertise:
- Proficient in assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients across various conditions in community hospital settings including Orthopedics, Neurology, Geriatrics, Musculoskeletal, and more.
- Ability to develop patient-centered intervention plans and implement effective physiotherapy strategies.
- Strong clinical reasoning skills to identify impairments and make informed clinical decisions based on best practices and research evidence.
Administrative Skills:
- Manage caseloads effectively while adhering to medicolegal and governance guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date medical reports and statistics, and ensure compliance with billing procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hospital electronic medical records systems.
Teamwork and Professionalism:
- Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team, actively engaging in patient education and supporting colleagues.
- Participate in departmental meetings and activities, fostering good relationships with healthcare professionals.
Other Duties (10-20%)
Continuous Education:
- Stay updated with the latest physiotherapy practices and contribute to the professional development of colleagues through training and peer reviews.
Supervisory Role:
- Assist in supervising therapy assistants and students during clinical placements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and contribute to departmental projects as needed.

- Relevant degree in Physiotherapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
