  • Strong clinical reasoning skills to identify impairments and make informed clinical decisions based on best practices and research evidence.

Administrative Skills:

  • Manage caseloads effectively while adhering to medicolegal and governance guidelines.
  • Maintain up-to-date medical reports and statistics, and ensure compliance with billing procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hospital electronic medical records systems.

Teamwork and Professionalism:

  • Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team, actively engaging in patient education and supporting colleagues.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and activities, fostering good relationships with healthcare professionals.

Other Duties (10-20%)

Continuous Education:

Supervisory Role:

  • Assist in supervising therapy assistants and students during clinical placements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and contribute to departmental projects as needed.
