Locum Dietitian

We are looking for a locum Dietitian/Senior Dietitian who is able to commit up to 2 days a week for this position. You will not be required to work on weekends.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist to provide clinical function of the department to in patients and outpatients.
2. Educate clients with evidence-based nutritional principles and applied Dietetics
3. Liaise with Foodservice colleagues on therapeutic diet requirements and meal delivery

For Senior Dieticians, they are also expected to:

4. Design and enhance established protocols and standards to achieve departmental goals
5. Supervising and monitoring the performance of dietitians, dietetic interns and polytechnic student attachments

Requirements:

Competency

1. Proficiency in written/ spoken English, fluent in spoken Mandarin, Malay or Tamil.
2. Competent in MS Office and Social Media.
3. Proven ability to work efficiently and independently.

Educational and Professional Requirements

1. Degree holder of nutrition and dietetics from PSC recognized university.
2. Preferably with minimum six years relevant working experience in clinical dietetics.
3. Dietetic internship must be a minimum of six months and able to qualify for practicing license or dietitian registration with the national dietitian association of the country.
