What the role is
We are seeking a resourceful, collaboration-driven Innovation Enablement Manager to join our Digital Hospital team within DIO. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in complex environments and brings teams together to deliver impactful digital innovation.

The Digital Hospital Platform addresses complex system-wide challenges through coordinated digital transformation across NHG Health. This platform drives the adoption and scaling of digital innovation across Smart Clinic, Smart Ward, and Smart Radiology, positioning NHG Health as a leader from digital foundation to transformation care delivery by 2030.

Working closely with the Assistant Director, you will serve as a key partner to NHG Health institutions, driving transformational programmes and engagement activities in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Hospital Implementation and Stakeholder Engagement Support
•Work across NHG Health Group to identify and coordinate deployment support teams to address implementation needs of NHG Health’s Smart Clinic, Smart Ward, and Smart Radiology.
•End-to-end innovation partner in project facilitation and navigating complex processes & scaling.
•Support change management processes, user adoption initiatives, evaluation and scaling activities for successful adoption and sustainable implementation across NHG Health
•Work with various governing bodies (Digital/Data/Security, Finance, Procurement, etc.) to streamline business requirements and establish enabling frameworks, and external stakeholder coordination.
•Organise and execute engagement activities, innovation showcases to build strong relationships with stakeholders and foster awareness, enable adoption, and celebrate achievements.
•Any other task as assigned.


2. Knowledge Management and Best Practice Sharing
•Identify, document, and disseminate best practices across the platform
•Create and manage self-service resources to support user adoption and capability building
•Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and peer learning opportunities

3. Digital Hospital Steering Committee Secretariat
•Provide secretariat support to the Digital Hospital Steering Committee.
•Track strategic initiatives and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations.
•Facilitate communication between Steering Committee, Working Committee and implementation teams.

Skills and Experience
•5-7 years of programme management, change management, or digital transformation experience
•Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively
•Proven experience in change management and user adoption strategies
•Experience in process optimisation and business improvement initiatives
•Strong documentation and reporting capabilities, with attention to detail
•Proficient in data management and visualisation using M365 suite
•Demonstrated ability to work with multiple governance stakeholders and navigate ambiguity
•Experience in managing feedback channels and stakeholder relationships
•Proven ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

Advantageous Experience
•Healthcare administration or healthcare IT background
•Experience in public sector transformation initiatives
•Start-up or innovation ecosystem experience
•Knowledge of digital innovation and emerging technologies
•Project management certification


Qualifications
Degree in any disciplines, preferably in any of the following - Business Management or Administration, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Science, Technology, or Engineering, along with deep interest in digital transformation and new technologies
