Human Resource Executive (6 months Contract)

Responsibilities:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to provide support in the areas of Talent Management and Succession Planning. The key responsibilities include:
1. Talent Management
- Assist in the coordination of talent review sessions and preparation of materials.
- Help maintain and update talent profiles and development tracking sheets.
- Support the implementation of development initiatives such as mentoring, job rotations, and talent learning journeys.
2. Succession Planning
- Assist in tracking succession data and readiness indicators.
- Help prepare basic reports and summaries for succession planning discussions.
- Maintain confidential documentation of succession-related information.
3. Talent Engagement
- Support the planning and execution of talent engagement events (e.g., networking events).
- Assist with logistics, communications, and feedback collection for events.
- Contribute ideas to make events interactive and meaningful for talent participants.
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline with strong interest in HR
- People oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Relevant experience in healthcare sector will be an advantage
- Highly motivated, meticulous, independent and adaptable to change
- 6-months contract position
