Position: Healthcare Analytics Officer (4 Months)

Job Description:
- To provide timely, accurate and insightful data for reports and analysis, with a primary focus on development of the PowerBI dashboards and data analytics.
- To provide the documentation for the systems, structures and processes of the dashboards and analytics, ensuring knowledge management and sustainability Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automated PowerBI dashboards and reports to track key healthcare metrics and outcomes across mental health and population health programmes
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand data requirements and translate them into meaningful visualisations
- Clean, validate, and analyse healthcare datasets to ensure data quality and accuracy in reporting
- Support the development of standardised reporting templates and documentation for sustainable analytics practices
- Assist in identifying trends and patterns in healthcare data to support evidencebased decision making
- Document detailed processes in data and reports generation, and ensuring knowledge management is conducted
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Strong proficiency in PowerBI and data visualisation techniques
- Experience with SQL and data manipulation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interest in healthcare analytics, particularly in mental health and population health
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and terminology
- Experience with healthcare datasets or clinical data
- Understanding of data privacy and healthcare compliance requirements
- Basic knowledge of statistical analysis
- Experience with Python or R programming languages
