HR Temp Executive (40069700)
The candidate plays a key role in the HR Shared Services Team to deliver quality and timely HR services. He/She will assist to supervise a team to ensure excellent service delivery on employee benefits management, oversee administration of both work injuiry and government-paid leave claims and administer group insurance. You provide first line comprehensive operational support within the HR shared services department.
1.Employee benefits and insurance claim administration
- Support supervisor to lead a team in employee benefits administration in accordance to policies, standard procedures and within targeted turnaround time
- Manage group insurance claims with the insurance company
2.Work Injury Compensation Claims
- Partner with the team and various stakeholders to administer the full cycle of work injury claims
3. Government Paid Leave
- Partner with the team to ensure timely submission of claims from the government
The candidate will work from Tan Tock Seng Office located at Novena area.
