Food & Beverage Coordinator

Institution:  Tan Tock Seng Hospital

You will be coordinating and ensuring smooth running of F&B services for inpatients' meals and in-house events in the hospital.

 

Your job scope includes taking/compiling meal orders for private and special diet patients, taking note of patient's dietary requirements and ensuring that meals are dispatched to the wards timely and correctly.  You will also be required to attend and resolve patients' complaints, and tabulate patients' feedback for management review. Training will be provided.

  • Interest in food & nutrition and the various diet requirements
  • Diligent, meticulous and able to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Competent in MS Outlook, Words & Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects
  • Able to stand for long hours
  • Able to work shifts including weekends and Public Holidays
  • 5 days week with rotating off day
