Financial Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team and provide comprehensive financial analysis and reporting support. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and financial modelling.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse and report on monthly departmental performance (actual vs budget) and highlight areas for improvement
• Assist in annual revenue and projection cycles
• Perform costing and pricing for services, programmes, and new initiatives
• Provide financial analytics support for value-based initiatives
• Participate in understanding system relationships, system structure, and end-to-end flow
• Assist in system setup including performing UAT
• Perform feasibility analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and build scenarios relating to new/existing projects or programmes
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Statistics, or Business Analytics
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in healthcare industry with management accounting or data analytics preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous, adaptable, and comfortable with changes
• Excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and team player mindset
• Financial modelling skills advantageous
• Proficiency in SAP required
• Experience with Tableau or analytical tools preferred
