Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Corporate Development

Responsibilities

 

To be part of the Corporate Development team that drives strategic development, partnerships, and organisational development initiatives in IMH, through the implementation of coherent strategic planning/management, local and international collaborations, and organisational health projects that support the attainment of the Hospital’s vision and mission.

 

You will be involved in various initiatives such as the cascading of the Hospital plans to departments, and building the culture of the hospital via organisational development initiatives that will facilitate the cohesion of intra and inter department relationships. Knowledge of design thinking and LEAN methodology will be an advantage. Provision of secretariat support for senior management meetings will be part of the officer’s duties.

 

Requirements

  • Degree in relevant discipline.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience, preferably in policy and/or operations. Relevant experience in healthcare industry will be an advantage.
  • Possesses excellent writing skills, and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Able to work independently and thrive as a team member. The candidate possesses a helicopter-view capability, in addition to being able to develop implementable solutions. Open to stretching oneself to new roles outside one’s comfort zone
