Executive/Senior Executive

Support the functions of the Clinical Governance & Quality (CGQ) department and any other clinical department as assigned by the supervisor. This individual will also be involve in ensuring the quality and integrity of clinical data within the organisation and work closely with the clinical and operations staff, and other CGQ staff members. 

 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. SPECIFIC (80%)

 

  1. Provide secretariat support to meetings & committees where the scope of work includes writing meeting minutes, drafting meeting slides and coordinatin/following up with departments on all matters arising, etc. 
  2. Collate and process clinical indicators and formalized patients’ data. Job scope includes facilitating data requests from internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Represent the department as a member of the Data Mart workgroup to provide report requirements and perform data validation for the clinical indicators.
  4. Represent the department for NGEMR reports-related matters within the purview of CGQ, including training new staff on system usage.
  5. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency in the definition of reported data.
  6. Identify and address data quality issues and discrepancies by working closely with other departments and stakeholders.
  7. Support the department in work related to hospital accreditation and audits (e.g., MOH hospital licensing, SARU).

 

  1. GENERAL (20%)

     

      1. Perform any other duties as assigned by the managers and Director of Clinical Goverance & Quality. 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
  • Degree holder with at least 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis, manipulation, and visualization. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and able to process large amount of data efficiently. Possess understanding of basic statistical concepts.
  • Able to multi-task and manage teams and projects.
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels with good interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
