Executive/Senior Executive – Education Office

 

Responsibilities:

You will create engaging e-learning and learning activities for learners across different profiles in healthcare environment using course authoring tools such as Articulate 360.

 

You will work with trainers and stakeholders to identify, experiment with and pilot new solutions for online learning and for effective use of educational technologies for face-to-face and online learning. In addition, you will train the trainers in the use of new educational technology tools for effective teaching and learning. This includes the development and delivery of training sessions and user guides.

 

You will collaborate with other healthcare institutions and institutes of higher learning (IHLs) on new learning platform, mobile learning apps and gamification for learning. This includes exploring and reviewing the feasibility on use of AR/VR and AI-powered learning technology in IMH, through collaborations with other healthcare institutions, IHLs and vendors.

 

You will also assist in conference management on the planning and organising of conferences. You will oversee the project management of assigned projects, including phasing and monitoring of budget, updating of milestones and outcomes.

 

You are expected to be a good team player and to support in any other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Instructional Design/Education/Psychology/Mass Communication or related qualifications.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in leveraging technology for teaching and learning, keenness to learn new techniques and skills.
  • Good knowledge of content authoring tools such as Articulate, iSpring etc and in learning management systems, including usability and functionality testing methods.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, a good team player and able to multi-task.
  • Strong project management, problem-saving and administration skills.
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple assignments to meet deadlines.
