Sr Executive
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
As a member of NHG’s Clinical Transformation Department, the Executive/Senior Executive will play an integral role in NHG’s clinical transformation, which entails supporting strategic clinical planning and care delivery model evolution towards
- Improving Access to Care to ensure that patients receive timely services and have an enhanced overall experience, and
- Advancing Clinical Excellence (selected NHG Cluster Anchors / Institutes and Specialties) across NHG
The primary responsibilities and duties include (a) translating extracted data to insights, (b) developing slides (narrative), (c) capturing notes of meetings (essence) and supporting administrative/logistics arrangement. In addition, there may be specific assigned role to support GCMB (Clinical) or Director, CT in calendar management etc.
Towards the above intent, he/she will interact closely with clinical leaders (GCMB / CMBs / HODs etc) and administrative leaders (COOs, HODs etc) across various functions and institutions of NHG, as well as external stakeholders such as the Ministry of Health (and its agencies), government entities and other partnering healthcare providers/professionals.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the development of NHG Centres/Institutes, partner stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into action plans.
- Support the development of clinical projects across NHG by conducting change management and partnering stakeholders to achieve common action plans.
- Establish various platforms between primary care providers and specialists by connecting stakeholders (internal and external) to achieve common outcomes.
- Conduct market research and data extraction to support access to care and clinical excellence developments.
- Prepare materials for wait time management such as collating key information across cluster stakeholders and translating into reports for timely updates to senior management.
- Provide administrative support and participate as an active member in steering committees / workgroups.
- To undertake other tasks as assigned by Reporting Officer.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A. EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in Healthcare, Project Management and Data Analytics will be an added advantage.
B. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

- Independent and adaptable to a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Possess good communication/interpersonal and coordination skills; resourceful.
- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Office tools e.g., Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
