Executive (SCHOOL & WORKPLACE HEALTH)
Position Overview
We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative Executive with a background in psychology, applied sociology and/or health promotion to join our team. This role will support the development and implementation of preventive health interventions (e.g. mental health programmes) in school, workplace and/or community settings, aimed at promoting healthier lifestyles among children and their families.
The ideal candidate is a strong team player with a growth mindset who brings creativity, initiative, and strong communication skills to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. He/she is passionate about working with youths and adults, with a genuine commitment to promoting their health and well-being through engaging, age-appropriate interventions. A keen eye for details, creativity and critical thinking are valuable assets in this role.
This is a 1-year full-time contract employment with the option for further extension.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Program Development & Implementation
- Support the design and development of preventive health programs for schools and workplaces.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from government agencies, healthcare institutions, schools and/or workplaces to ensure effective implementation of preventive health programs.
- Organize and facilitate capability-building sessions for external stakeholders (e.g., teachers, school counsellors, employee health champions) on programme implementation and first-line support.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
- To support and organize ground-sensing and process/outcome data collection.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and outcomes for preventive health initiatives.
- Support the preparation of evaluation reports, funding proposals, and impact summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify trends and gaps in service delivery to inform improvements.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders to co-create supportive environments for healthier behaviours.
- Champion health promotion campaigns and engagement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Applied Sociology, or health-related fields.
- Preferably, 2–3 years of relevant experience in health promotion, education, youth work, or social services.
- Fresh graduates with relevant education background will also be considered.
- Knowledge of child and adolescent mental health and relevant intervention models will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s education ecosystems will be advantageous.
- Experience in behavioural intervention, curriculum development, learning design, social media marketing/analytics, video/infographics production will be advantageous.
- Experience in preventive health programme development will be advantageous.
- Experience in facilitating and/or conducting workshops will be advantageous.
