Executive (NUTRITION)

 

Position Overview

We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative Executive with a background in nutrition and/or health promotion to join our team. This role will support the development and implementation of preventive health interventions (e.g. weight management programmes) in school, workplace and/or community settings, aimed at promoting healthier lifestyles among children and their families.

 

The ideal candidate is a strong team player with a growth mindset who brings creativity, initiative, and strong communication skills to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. He/she is passionate about working with youths and adults, with a genuine commitment to promoting their health and well-being through engaging, age-appropriate interventions. A keen eye for details, creativity and critical thinking are valuable assets in this role.

 

This is a 1-year contract employment with the option for further extension.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement the preventive health interventions.
  • Assist in developing educational resources and visual content using creative tools.
  • Work closely with school staff, parents, workers and community stakeholders to coordinate program delivery.
  • Support the planning and facilitation of interactive workshops and events.
  • Assist with data collection, entry, and basic analysis to support monitoring and evaluation.
  • Contribute to regular team meetings, share insights, and support cross-functional tasks as needed.
  • Ensure all program activities align with evidence-based nutrition and health principles.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Nutrition or health-related discipline.
  • Preferably 1–2 years of working experience in a nutrition-related role.
  • Fresh graduates with a relevant academic background and a strong interest in preventive health will also be considered.
  • Experience in program delivery or coordination, preferably in school, workplace and/or community settings, will be advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; must be a good team player.
  • Proficiency in Canva or other visual design tools will be advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
