Senior Executive, Group Compensation and Benefits - Medical
Reporting to the Lead for Group C&B Medical, be a key team member for the team managing medical job family compensation and benefits related matters.
- Support Lead for Group C&B - Medical in matters relating to compensation/benefits for medical job family
- Support in various medical project/committee meetings and be a member, secretariat for such meetings. This includes documenting meeting notes, following up on matters arising and keeping the team on track.
- Support the work on development of workload norms for medical
- Opportunity to participate in Project CERA working group meetings so as to support medical manpower related data that is linked to workload and eventually compensation
- Together with another team member, be a point of contact to institutions on LKC billing matters
- Support on some matters relating to senior leadership appointments such as preparation of papers and documents
- Any other adhoc administrative and co-ordination work as and when required for the team
