Executive

Job Description:
Join the Office of Clinical Informatics as a Clinical Informatics Executive. You will play a vital role in system governance, the maintenance of Next Generation Electronic Medical Records (NGEMR), and provide general administrative support.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the review, development, and implementation of policies, system changes, and processes to ensure compliance with mandated guidelines and requirements for Electronic Medical Records (EMR) governance and security.
• Conduct regular audits of user access to EMR systems in line with established policies and procedures.
• Participate in periodic reviews of system access to ensure that user permissions are current and appropriate.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders across Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH), Yishun Community Hospital (YCH), National Healthcare Group (NHG), Synapxe, and project teams to track and support the development of NGEMR and access provisioning.
• Provide logistical and secretarial support to the Head of Department (HOD) and Chief Clinical Informatics Officer (CCIO).
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• A passion for learning and fact-finding, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in coordinating multiple parties.
• Confident speaker and presenter.
• Excellent written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to support ad-hoc hospital operations as needed, including after-hours support.
