Principal Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the facilities in the assigned clinics by working closely with contractors and vendors in compliance of all rules and regulations.
  • Ensure all preventive, corrective maintenance and ad-hoc works are carried out to the requirements and standards.
  • Carry out routine checks and contractor performance reviews with the objective of continuous improvement.
  • Understand and consolidate user requirements for projects and ensure their completion within budget and timeline.
  • Ensure that administration and documentation are in place to support all maintenance works and projects.
  • Assist to ensure that facility management and security pass ESS and OHSAS certification.
  • Assist in new clinics developments.
  • Respond to alarm or critical faults
  • Any other duties assigned by the department.

 

Requirements:

  • At least Degree in Estate Management/ Facility Management/ Building/ Engineering in related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management of facilities maintenance in healthcare.
  • Certified Fire Safety Manager will be an advantage.
  • Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Has a good command of spoken and written English.
  • A team-player who can work independently.
  • Able to perform under tight datelines and stable under stress.
