1. JOB PURPOSE

 

Reporting to the L&D Team Lead, you will be part of the HR team to partner departments and key stakeholder in rolling out learning and development initiatives and programmes for NHG HQ. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Programme and Award Management

 

  • Manage ONE NHG Leadership Development Awards and maintain oversight of the L&D funding programmes and schemes. These include end-to-end processes such as nomination, application processing and sponsorship outcomes, as well as claims audit matters. The awards include formal programmes, executive leadership programmes and MOH funded schemes (i.e. Health Manpower Development Plan and MOH-Inservice Scholarship & Sponsorship and Healthcare Leadership College (HLC) programmes).
  • Responsible for processing of overseas study trip/ conference in accordance with organization policies. 
  • Prepare bond deeds and conduct briefings to staff for company-sponsored programmes/ awards.

 

System SME & Administrator

 

  • Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and be the system subject matter expert (SME). 
  • Respond to department admins/ staff queries related to LMS and maintain accuracy of L&D data and information in the system. 
  • Create new course and workshop information in LMS and system admin approver for all internal and external courses or workshops.
  • Maintain Learning & Development microsite.
  • Generate learning reports and possess ability to do basic analysis of data.

Learning Partnering and Administration

 

  • Support L&D lead in the review of learning needs for HQ and provide administrative support to close learning gap, such as preparing survey questions and liaising with training vendors to contextualize programme. 
  • Be the key person to facilitate and conduct HQ orientation.
  • Prepare and maintain accuracy of training materials for orientation and internal workshops (i.e. feedback form, case studies and use of the interactive platform Slido, Menti & Padlet). 
  • Prepare effective email communication and create posters/ collateral for learning programmes/ workshops. 
  • Process payment and invoices for company-sponsored programmes/ awards.

 

a. Education/Training/Experience

  • Bachelor or Degree in Business or HR Management with at least 1–2 years of relevant experience in learning and development. 
  • Experience of managing the SuccessFactor is advantageous.     
  • Able to engage internal and external stakeholders of all levels.
  • Strong organization, follow-up and excellent communication.
  • Have basic/intermediate experience in working with Excel/ PowerPoint.
