Duties and Responsibilites
- Assist the Clinic Executive to oversee smooth operations and provide necessary assistance to clinic services.
- Investigate into patients' complaints and liase with PR to handle complaints and query conduct.
- Schedule duty, leave rosters and deployment of staff in the Rostering.
- Planning for the doctors' roster, resource allocations and load balancing.
- Look into the workflow, work processes and staff communciates to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist in the planning of the training programmes and activities for staff .
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
- Call Centre Experience preferred.
