Executive Asst

Job roles & responsibilities:

• Manage inventory review and updates for NSC online sales channels (Shopee and e-Commerce)
• Assist retail executive to ensure contents in online channels stay relevant, including promotions, banners and price updates
• Process online orders and oversee staff assisting with order fulfilment
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback and manage customer relations on online channels
• Assist purchasing colleagues in inventory replenishment with updates on online sales movement
• Replenish stationery and packing supplies
• Prepare performance report for the online channels
• Maintain documents and records of purchases and supplies

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Nitec equivalent
• 3 years of relevant experience in retail settings and e-Commerce is preferred
