Executive Asst
You will be providing administrative support to the Department to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with administration matters
- Coordinating logistics for meetings and trainings
- Preparing simple presentations and reports, data entry, as well as coordinating various activities/events organized by the department.
- Assisting with meeting minutes writing
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or GCE ‘A’ Levels
- Good communication and writing skills
- Computer literate and experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
- Meticulous, team player with a can-do attitude
