Job Description:
We are seeking for an Executive Assistant with an interest in healthcare analytics to join our datalab operations team in Clinical & Healthcare Informatics Office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a tech-savvy individual to grow their career in healthcare data management and analytics. You will work alongside experienced professionals while gaining hands-on experience in managing healthcare databases and developing meaningful data insights to support clinical operations.
The Challenges
- Support daily healthcare database operations, including monitoring and basic troubleshooting
- Assist in data preparation and processing activities using Python and SQL
- Help maintain database security and access controls
- Participate in backup and recovery procedures
- Contribute to basic healthcare data analysis and report generation
- Support users with technical issues related to database access and usage
- Help document data processes and procedures
- Assist in data validation and quality checks
- Learn to identify patterns and trends in healthcare data to support clinical decision-making
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand data requirements
Requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in data management or related role
- Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle databases
- Familiarity with Python programming
- Experience with basic data processing and manipulation
- Basic understanding of data analytics concepts
