Executive Assistant (Dietetics & Catering Services (DCS))
Challenges
You will be an integral member of the department to perform administrative and office support activities. Duties may include:
- To coordinate diets orders from the Wards to Kitchen
- To assist to maintain & update all Labels, Posters & Charts in the Kitchen
- To coordinate the Catering Orders from Requestors to Catering Team & Chef
- To provide administrative support in monitoring Catering Events, Labels, Filing, Data Entry, Billing & Dispatch
- To provide general administrative support in terms of Filings, Data Entry and Dispatch
- To ensure Office is always manned during office hours and all calls to the department are attended to
- To conduct internal QC checks on food temperature and quality
- To conduct daily food safety and hygiene checks.
- To assist the Chef to ensure staff adhere to the safety rules and regulation practices
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of ISO documents
- To process e-Payment request and perform any data entry
- To assist and cover other team members when necessary
- To perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or GCE ‘A’ Levels in foods and nutrition, food management or other comparable.
- At least 2 years of related experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Excel
- Preferably with Knowledge of FoodWorks 9.
