Executive Asst (Business Office)
Reporting to the Senior Executive, Business Office. Manage patient properties and provide operational support to the Business Office.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

PROPERTY SAFEKEEPING (80%)
1. Ensure proper accounts of safekeeping of patients' properties (Deposit / Retrieval).
2. Ensure proper documentation are maintained and updated promptly in the EPIC, SAP systems and receipt books (applicable for some cases).
3. Ensure monthly report and yearly property stock check is done.
4. Ensure cash books (Property Safekeeping and Petty Cash) are properly maintained.

GENERAL (20%)
1. Duties related to claims (MediSave, Insurance etc.).
2. Assist with inter-hospital referrals, mail sorting and ad-hoc counter coverage duties.
3. Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Diploma with 1 - 2 years working experience

Some Knowledge in Accounting preferred

PC Literacy in MS Word / Excel
