Executive Asst, claim
- Employee Benefits Administration
- Administer employee benefits programs
- Perform claim administration in a timely and accurate manner
- Work with relevant parties on claims/medical billing matters
- Perform user acceptance testing for system related issues
- First line operational support
- Provide accurate advice on employee benefit queries and respond in a timely and professional manner
- Provide guidance and support to employees on corporate panel clinic services
- Escalate complex or unresolved issue to supervisor promptly for further resolution
- Letter of Guarantee (LOG) Issuance
- Generate LOG upon request on staff/dependent’s admission and facilitate letter issuance to respective admission office
- Maternity Benefits Allocation
- Validate and approve Maternity Benefits allocation workflow request submitted by employee
- Perform system trouble shooting and resolve technical issues in partnership with HR, IT consultant and employee
- Participate and support HR Shared Services Projects
- Assists with ad-hoc administration of human resources operations.
- JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Education/Training/Experience
- Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Employee Benefits Administration and Success Factor will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
