  1. Key Responsibilities

 

  • Employee Benefits Administration
  • Administer employee benefits programs
  • Perform claim administration in a timely and accurate manner
  • Work with relevant parties on claims/medical billing matters
  • Perform user acceptance testing for system related issues

 

  • First line operational support
    • Provide accurate advice on employee benefit queries and respond in a timely and professional manner
    • Provide guidance and support to employees on corporate panel clinic services
    • Escalate complex or unresolved issue to supervisor promptly for further resolution

 

  • Letter of Guarantee (LOG) Issuance
  • Generate LOG upon request on staff/dependent’s admission and facilitate letter issuance to respective admission office 

 

  • Maternity Benefits Allocation
  • Validate and approve Maternity Benefits allocation workflow request submitted by employee
  • Perform system trouble shooting and resolve technical issues in partnership with HR, IT consultant and employee

  • Participate and support HR Shared Services Projects

 

  • Assists with ad-hoc administration of human resources operations.

 

 

  1. JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

    • Education/Training/Experience
  • Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Employee Benefits Administration and Success Factor will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Able to work independently and in a team
