Executive Asst, Human Resource
Job Description
You will assist the team in day-to-day Human Resource operations, providing support in the smooth delivery of the full-spectrum of Human Resource services to the organisation.
Key Job Scope
- Scheduling and arranging of interviews
- Conduct reference checks on potential candidates
- Handle student sponsorship processing
- Work Passes application, renewal & related matters
- On-boarding administrative support
- Creation of employees' record in SuccessFactors system
- Attend to staff queries and handle other day to day administrative activities
The Requirements
- Diploma Holder with at least 1 year of relevant experience in HR functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors would be an advantage
- Strong communication skills to deal with people at all levels
- Able to perform under work pressure and meet deadlines
